APPEARANCE: characteristic of Air Force Shadow models are the following details: a large number of “double”, literally “layered” overlays, which often do not have any load-bearing function and, rather, are used as decorative elements. Most often, such “overlays” (let’s call it that) are painted in bright and variegated colors, made as if sloppy and overlapping, sewn with deliberately rough seams, and can be made of a variety of materials, such as suede or synthetic leather - this is the design of the Air Force Shadow Nike . Branded details are literally doubled (for example, a recognizable logo, also known as swoosh). Girls took an active part in the development of this model, which is logical, since most Shadow models are purely female.

The Air Force Shadow is literally x2 in design and detail. The models have additional two upper holes for laces on the outer overlays - “wings”, which, curiously, are only on the outside of the shoe.

CONCERNING CHOKING: the model can also be distinguished thanks to a visually enlarged sole with a more comfortable and modern instep, inside which hides the classic air-sole cushioning system (the air capsule is inserted into the midsole between the outsole and the insole and is responsible for a smooth ride and reduced weight of the sole and shoe generally). The outsole, which has already become a classic, has a characteristic pattern in the form of axial pivot points - round patterns, originally designed to stabilize the movement of a sharp turn around the axis of the heel or toe. On the heel there is a characteristic “patch” with the inscription AIR, which, again, duplicates a similar inscription on the sole itself.

COMFORT: The Shadow Nike feature the usual low profile of all Airforces and soft padding in the lower leg area, while the heel itself is protected and reinforced with a durable leather overlay on the outside. By the way, speaking about the leather in the Air Force Shadow model, it would be worth emphasizing that often coarsely textured leather is used in the decorative overlays and this can be seen from afar with the naked eye. A signature branding patch on the puffy tongue, flat laces and a perforated toe complete the classic look.

WHEN TO WEAR: Another interesting fact about these Nike is that the shoes are absolutely unique in terms of seasonality, because... Ideal for any weather from spring to autumn, and given the latest climatic conditions, it can be used well in winter.

You can choose the correct size only by measuring the length of your foot and comparing it with the shoe size chart. Detailed instructions are on the “Determine your size” page; we do not recommend trying on the insole - there may be a significant error. Regardless of gender, age, volume, leg height and other parameters, first of all you need to rely on the length of the foot. Men and teenagers, if necessary, fit sizes smaller than 40, and women fit larger than 41.
