Warranty for clothing, footwear and accessories within the framework of Ukrainian legislation

Duration of the warranty period
According to current regulations:
- Shoes have a minimum warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Clothing and accessories are also subject to warranty service for 30 days or in accordance with the seller's policy.
- When ordering online, the warranty begins from the moment the buyer receives the goods.
What do you need to make a warranty claim?
To exercise your warranty rights, you must:
- have a document confirming the fact of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.);
- keep the packaging, tags and presentation (if the return is not related to a defect);
- the product must not show any signs of improper use;
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer.
Return or exchange of goods
Within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (not counting the day of purchase itself), you can return or replace the product if:
- it was not in use,
- all labels, packaging and product appearance are preserved,
- there is a supporting document.
If a defect is detected

- Submit the goods for inspection (an expert assessment may be carried out).
- Depending on the inspection result, we will offer repair, exchange or refund.
